In 1985 Investment Property Associates was founded as a full-service commercial real estate development company. IPA owns, develops, and manages many types of investment real estate including multifamily communities, student housing, condominiums, medical centers, professional office buildings, and select retail centers.
By 1993, IPA Management was
established as a separate company to oversee the growing
portfolio. With more than 100 employees, the two companies
continue to work hand in hand to develop and manage vital
communities. Currently IPA Management oversees operations for
more than 3,600 multifamily units and student housing
beds.
